This Car Shipping Service Agreement is made between TK Transport Solutions, and the Client to govern the shipment of vehicles.
The Company will transport the Client's vehicle(s) in a safe and professional manner.
The Client has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours for a full refund.
The Client is entitled to clear communication regarding pickup and delivery dates.
The Client may transport personal belongings up to 100lbs inside the vehicle. It should be below the window level.
The Client will not be charged additional fees for standard insurance coverage.
The Client may request shipment tracking updates at any time.
The Client vehicle will be insured against major damage during transport.
The Client may choose between open or enclosed transport options.
The Client is entitled to a receipt for all payments made.
The Company will maintain the confidentiality of the Client's personal information.
The Company will provide support via email and phone during business hours.
The Client will receive a written estimate before confirming any shipment.
The Client may reschedule pickup/delivery date without penalty (within 24 hours).
The Client will be informed in advance about any additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to adjust shipment schedules due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
The Company may change pricing due to fuel price increases or general inflation.
The Client must ensure the vehicle is prepared for transport (no excess belongings, secure loose parts, etc.).
The Client or representative must be present at pickup/delivery to inspect and sign the condition report.
The Company will transport the vehicle safely and lawfully using qualified drivers and carriers.
If the Client cancels after 24 hours, only a partial refund will be offered.
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle.
The Company is not liable for delays beyond its control.
The Client must ensure the vehicle is operable and ready for transport.
The Client is responsible for ensuring no prohibited items are in the vehicle.
The Company is not responsible for mechanical/electrical failures unrelated to transport.
The Company may subcontract shipments to qualified carriers.
If the Client engages another company, they forfeit any upfront refund.
All legal actions against the Company must be filed in the state of business registration.
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Company is not liable for missing items from personal belongings.
The Company may report unpaid invoices to credit agencies.
The Company is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters or bad weather conditions.
The Company is not responsible for vehicle registration or compliance issues.
The Client must inspect the vehicle at delivery and sign the condition report.
The Company is not liable for minor cosmetic damage (chips, dents, scratches).
The Company is not responsible for lost keys or remotes.
The Client agrees to these terms and conditions by signing this Agreement.
The Company is not responsible for fines or penalties incurred during transit.
The Client is responsible for removing electronic devices from the vehicle.
The Company is not liable for delays due to government regulations.
The Client must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
The Company is not liable for vehicle contents exceeding 100 lbs.
The Company may decline shipment of hazardous materials.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by labor strikes or civil unrest.
By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees not to engage any other car shipping company for the same shipment. Violation results in forfeiture of any upfront payment or refund.
